The last thing in this world I wanted to contend with this week is *Aegean-Prince but here I am again, dealing with this "man" [if one could call him that].
As I have written before, I approached Gabriel for a stock shoot, and offered to rent a costume

I agreed to send the maximum of $75.00, and transferred that money as he requested to his paypal account.
That was nearly 7 full months ago, and I have yet to receive anything.

Gabriel has had money to move into a new home, money to spend on contractors to do whatever he's needed done there, yet has NO MONEY to pay me back what he's taken and not provided one damn thing for.

He is now making an offer of paying me HALF at WHO KNOWS WHAT point in time, and claiming that I [and my friends] are sending him threatening emails, and stating that if I continue to contact him even on dA, he will not pay me even the half.
Gabriel canceled his email account on July 31, and never even gave me a new email addy, and I'm assuming he notified others as well, so this is a total lie, and I do not believe that any of you have sent him such either.
Lemme think about this. A man who has conned me out of money says I can't ask for the money back? Is he for real? NO I didn't contact him by email, BUT WOULD HAVE IF I COULD HAVE! As a bill collector [which I have now apparently become], I have the right to attempt to collect.

Now, as for the money, NO I do not want HALF, I want a FULL REFUND! And maybe I should tack on the 29.9% interest that CC do! I have no photos, and wouldn't want them now IF he sent them to me, I couldn't bear to work on another piece that featured him, and I also do not have ANY of the money he conned me out of
btw .. Here is the definition of a con artist

A con artist is an individual who is skilled and experienced at devising and executing scams and other fraudulent schemes. The purpose is normally to get as much money from a victim as possible, but to do so in a way the victim actually believes they are getting a benefit. Thus, often the con artist is gone a long time before the victim realizes what took place.

In order to truly be good at what he or she is doing, a con artist must first gain the trust of the victim. This could involve developing a relationship with a target that lasts days, weeks or months.

The next time someone asks "do you trust me?" I'm running as fast as I can!
